REFUND POLICY

In-Store Purchases

If you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase, you may exchange or return your item or items for store credit within ten days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and still have all of the original tags and accessories attached to each item. Sale, discounted items, bodysuits, bathing suits and lingerie are all FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. 

 

Online Purchases

If you’re not in love with your online purchase, you may return the item for the original payment within seven days of purchase. If you’d prefer to exchange or receive store credit, you will have fourteen days to return the item to the store. To return, please email: thedragonflylexington@gmail.com and we will respond within one business day. Once you have been authorized to make your return or exchange, send back the items to:
